The Slovenian Air Force will take part in the flying display of the Malta International Airshow 2023 with their Pilatus PC-9 training aircraft. This is the very first time that Slovenia will participate in the Malta International Airshow.
The Slovenian Air Force operates nine Pilatus PC-9M turboprop aircraft, primarily used as a basic and advanced trainer for pilots. The aircraft can also be equipped with bombs, rockets and guns to take on the light attack role. The PC-9Ms are operated by 152 Letalska Eskadrilja and are based at Cerklje ob Krki.
